Summer times
Practice qigong in the open air in the beautiful setting of Whitchurch Silk Mill. Exercise alongside the River Test with the occasional company of ducks, egrets and other wildlife.

Open Air Qigong
Bourne Valley PYO Farm
Friday 10am - 11am
Practice qigong in the open air in the wonderful setting of the Bourne Valley Pick Your Own Farm. Exercise in open countryside in the Bourne Valley with a good chance of a Red Kite overhead. The farm café will be open at the end of the session and there is the opportunity to pick or buy seasonal fruit.

Meditation and Mindfulness for Wellbeing 8 Week Course

This course introduces the concepts of meditation and mindfulness and explains how the benefits can be achieved. Different meditation types are introduced throughout the course as you build up your experience and confidence.
